Overview
Cameron highlands is a largest tea growing region in Malaysia. A spacious garden of valuable crop that carpets valleys in a sea of glossy green. Tea also one of the antecedents of its development as a hill station before it became a major tourist destination. Today the many tea plantations that dominate the valley are instrumental in attracting the large number of visitors that Cameron Highlands receives every year. The various estates mostly owned by Boh established since 1929 by colonial owners. A relatively recent local institution that began full scale operations only in the 1950s. Boh Plantation is a must visit destination in Cameron Highlands due to its scenic vistas, harmony and tranquillity and last but not the least cool fresh pure breathable air.
1. Cameron Valley
Cameron valley’s second tea estate is located main road between Tringkap and Kampung Raja. The garden is surrounded by hills overlooking the village of Kuala Terla. From the entrance visitors can purchase Cameron valley tea products with overlook tea fields in roof deck. The latest attraction is a safari ride that takes passengers in 4WD vehicles around the mountains, peaking at the top with an observation deck to soak in the view. ATV riding also offered to the visitors.

2. Sungai Palas
Boh Tea Sungai Palas is a tea plantation located in Brinchang about 5km north from town or 2km away from Kea Farm. Managed by Boh, it fills up their estate at Ringlet it has large visitor centre with a café, gallery and boutique shopping, there are also free guided tours to explore the factory also available. The exit of Sungai palas next to the butterfly garden with clear sign boards. En route enjoy wonderful views of the valley and the large tea fields on the slopes.

3. Bharat tea
Bharat is a second largest tea manufacturer in Cameron Highlands. There are two tea houses in the garden located a short distance from each other on the main road. The first tea house provides walk down the valley to a small park and water falls. The second tea house is housed in a large complex with bigger parking space. Both centres have a produce shop and café with terraces overlooking beautiful views of the valley. These cafes provides some special tea that blends by Sri Lankan and South Indian flavours Such as cardamom tea and masala chai.
4. Boh Tea
Boh tea is a largest manufacturer of tea in Malaysia with estates in Cameron Highlands and Bukit Cheeding Selangor. It is one of the favourite tourist destination. The estate houses a dominion processing factory open the public. A traditional tea centre with a shopping gallery and delightful cafe serving refreshments. If you want to brave the steep climb a small hill on the side offers a broad view of the valley surrounded by lush green tea fields.
