Step 1: Download and launch the latest version of the MyDigi app. Tap on ‘Activate SIM’.
Step 2: Scan the barcode on your SIM card/SIM pack or enter the serial number manually.
Step 3: Scan your ID (MyKad, Passport, MyTentera, MyPR, MyKAS)
How long does it take to activate Digi SIM card?
It doesn’t matter what number you are calling. Press “1” when prompted to activate your SIM. It may take 24 hours from the time you bought the SIM card for your number to be registered. If it has been more than 24 hours, bring the SIM back to the store you bought it from to get further assistance.
