Passport & Visa

• Passport

The passport is an important document to visit other country. You need to check thoroughly travel document that is valid for the full duration of your trip. Your children including infants under age of two also need the passport. Keep all required travel documents with you, according to the specified standards.

• Visa

If you need a visa for your journey, you can apply directly via the embassy or high commission of the country you wish to travel to visit their website or local consulate to learn more about the process.

Baggage Allowances

Every passengers can take one cabin bag with maximum 7 kg per person on board. Carry-on baggage should not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 25cm for dimensions. Passengers travelling with infants are also permitted to bring one personal item onto their flight as long as it is able to fit underneath the seat in front of them.  Any extra weight or number of pieces will be subject to additional fees.

There are three types of Check-in options provided below:

• Online Web Check-in

You can check-in status through online

• Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For easier and smoother boarding, check in your flights at self check-in kiosk to avoid the queue. Services are available at the check-in kiosk around the departures hall.

• Airport Counter Check-in

The counters at the airport will be closing 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Boarding gate will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
