Main points to be consider about KL pass.

  • Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Except for the KL Hop-On Hop-Off Tour Bus the pass allows you to visit one attraction only once.
  • The pass is only valid for the specified destinations only.
  • The pass is pre-loaded with a purse value to be used at any participating attraction within your pass’ specified day (1/2/3 days)
  • For a 1-day pass, if a pass is used at 4:00 pm on Monday, the pass will expire at 3:59 pm.
  • When the pass is used at a participating location, the full price of the general admission ticket will be deducted from the purse value of the pass.

Opening hours: 9:00am-6:00pm, daily

For local Malaysians, you are required to present your MyKad upon redemption of the KL Pass at the counter.

For non-Malaysians, you are required to present your passport upon redemption of the KL Pass at the counter.

Important Note:

  • Children who are free of charge may vary in age requirement depending on the attraction (e.g. Berjaya Times Square theme Park – children aged 0-2 are free; Aquaria KLCC – children aged 0-1 are free)
  • Child ticket: Age 5-12
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
