Main points to be consider about KL pass.
- Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
- Except for the KL Hop-On Hop-Off Tour Bus the pass allows you to visit one attraction only once.
- The pass is only valid for the specified destinations only.
- The pass is pre-loaded with a purse value to be used at any participating attraction within your pass’ specified day (1/2/3 days)
- For a 1-day pass, if a pass is used at 4:00 pm on Monday, the pass will expire at 3:59 pm.
- When the pass is used at a participating location, the full price of the general admission ticket will be deducted from the purse value of the pass.

For local Malaysians, you are required to present your MyKad upon redemption of the KL Pass at the counter.
For non-Malaysians, you are required to present your passport upon redemption of the KL Pass at the counter.
Important Note:
- Children who are free of charge may vary in age requirement depending on the attraction (e.g. Berjaya Times Square theme Park – children aged 0-2 are free; Aquaria KLCC – children aged 0-1 are free)
- Child ticket: Age 5-12
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
